US RC Office Standard
I have noticed in the last 2 weeks a high incidence of failure of DTMF going through on outbound calls from my VVX-410. Audio quality if fine and initial dial if fine. But if I call into another provider phone bridge (Webex, Join.me etc) I will sometimes have to enter my access code multiple times and have had a few instances of having to hang up and redial the number.
Anyone know if RC is using Inband or RFC2833 for sending through post connect DTMF signals? If InBand, have there been any changes to the compression CODEC used for calls? (I believe Office Standard uses G711 as it is not HD Voice.)
