Polycom 335 Phone won't ring.

I just recently started using Ring Central and purchased a Polycom 335 phone.   Instructions and website was great in setting up the IP phone.   We were able to set it up and it appears to be running and connected, however we cannot get calls to ring directly to the Polycom 335 phone.  Outgoing calls are no problem -- connects and can make calls.  Is there a switch or setting that needs to be set so that the incoming phone calls go to the 335 phone rather than the computer?   Thanks to all who can help with this as we are truly newbies in this area!

When logged in to your online account endure that your phone is set to ring rather then the soft phone

HI Frank,  Did you find the Settings that Rob is referring to? Or do you still need help with this?

Unfortunately I am still unable to get this setup. I am able to see the incoming call on my screen and place out going calls using the phone but the phone does not ring.

Frank, go into the Call Handling  & Forwarding section, and click the link that says "Desktop apps & Smartphones".  You'll see that you have  it set to forward after zero seconds, and then you have a mobile number that it's forwarding too. Try increasing it to about 10-15 seconds. Let us know if that does not work.

Followed that step as well with no luck. 335 phone downloaded with no issues, outgoing calls no issues, even when call is ended 335 phone will give tone just will not ring. I have even tried answering to see if the call went thru, they are not.

Frank, you still have it forwarding at zero seconds.  There's a video below that explains in more detail.
