After initial upload of file, audio while connecting won't let me change it now. Recently, our new office was added to Ring Central. I went through the options and found that I could upload a music file for others to hear while connecting to my phone. That worked the first time but I can no longer change it. I've tried a different file, I've tried one of the defaults but still it does not change from the initial upload I made. Is there a way to correct this?
