Audio while connecting--won't update

After initial upload of file, audio while connecting won't let me change it now.  Recently, our new office was added to Ring Central.  I went through the options and found that I could upload a music file for others to hear while connecting to my phone.  That worked the first time but I can no longer change it.  I've tried a different file, I've tried one of the defaults but still it does not change from the initial upload I made.  Is there a way to correct this?

I've seen a few cases where users accidentally upload the file to the wrong location.  This page shows the steps.

If you are still having problems, reply back here and let us know what extension you are trying to change it for and we'll take a look.

Hi Mike,

I don't have an option to upload it to a specific location.  I've attached a file from my local machine and used the attach button to upload.  It says it uploads successfully but it still plays the same file.  Not sure if this helps but my internal ext is 924.

What is the main phone number on the account?  I've made this private so it's not view-able publicly.

From what I see, looks like 888-503-0516.  Company is Tech Mahindra.

Hi Todd, Can you confirm these are the steps you are taking? 

Go to Users and click on Todd M (ext 924) > Screening, Greeting & Hold Music > Custom (under Setup a connecting message) > click the Red recording button > Import > Browse.

That's what I've been doing all along.  The first upload worked but I have not been able to change it since.  It uploads and says it attaches successfully but nothing changes, it's the same file that I first uploaded.  I tried using a system default like "holiday" but that didn't even work. It just keeps using the file I uploaded last week or so.
