Calls on hold going to hands free?

Here's the scenario -- I have a call to be transferred so I click transfer and then dial the extension. If t hat person does not answer and I try to go back to the call, it always always will be on hands free.  Why?

Hi Shari,  I have not heard of this so we'll need to gather some more details. Can you tell us what device type and OS version you are using?

Hi Shari,  I think you'll want to open a support case for this one and provide more details.  Open a Case

Let them know the serial number of the phone, and the keystrokes that are causing the issue. For example, when you resume the call you either press the Resume softkey or the flashing red line button for the call or the Hold hardkey.
