Allow direct dial out to follow me (a person) and not desktop (a machine)

I have RingCentral for Windows (v7.3.1.16173) installed on my desktop at work and on my desktop at home (as I sometimes need to work from home).
Since I typically have no access to any other phone (home or office), the problem is calling out.
Because I am not an Admin, I cannot de-authorize and re-authorize every time.
So at home I can call out directly using ring central, but at the office it can only 'Ring Out' (which is not good for my situation).
-Why can't I simply make direct outgoing call at home and at work without all these fuss? Suggestion: Make it easy to call out directly, I log-in I should be authorized (no more games).

Hello John, You don't have to be an admin to Deauthorize one computer and Authorize a new one.  Just log into the web portal and click Phones & Numbers > SoftPhone > Deauthorize This Computer

Then when you get to the other computer you will be able to log in, and associate with that computer and dial direct instead of using RingOut.

Mike,
Thank you for the workaround. When my boss spoke with the service rep last year to get setup, for whatever reason, she told us to use the Admin account (now it could be because we were setting up bunch of other stuff too at the same time, some of which might of required the Admin account).
However, and don't take this the wrong way as I appreciate the help you provided me, I still think it should just work without all this...

There are indeed some things that have to be done by the admin. For this issue, the  only option is to deauthorize the computer. We've had several requests to allow more than one PC to be authorized at the same time, but there's not ETA if, or when they'll implement it at this time.
