New Location for Device Extension Won't Receive Calls

So we moved one of our devices to a new home office and incoming calls do not ring through the extension now.  Can call out and once it actually worked and calls were coming though but after a power outage and reboot we are back to the device not picking up incoming calls.  HALP

Very the IP address, assigned to the phone, is a valid address at the new home office.  Also, make sure its IP address is not being used by another device.
