I use a cloud based CRM system. Can i make phone numbers clickable so they ring to my phone?

We have to do courtesy calls for all our customers everyday. We use a cloud based system called Pestpac. I love how the Google Ringcentral app for Chrome allows me to click phone numbers in my emails but I would also like it to make links on my online CRM system clickable in the same manner. Is that possible or will that Ringout feature only work within Gmail?
