Is there any way to revert back to an older version of the desktop app??

I have a colleague that started before me, and they have an older version of the desktop app. While its appearance is not as pleasing to the eyes, it has a few features that I like much better than the most recent version. For example, when composing the Cover Page text, the text area is MUCH larger, so there is rarely a need to scroll through to double-check for errors. Also, once he attaches a document to an outgoing fax, he can hover his mouse over the attachment to double-check that he has attached the correct document

It sounds like they are probably using the old Legacy version of the Softphone. That version is going to be retired very soon (by November 1st), so if you roll back, it will unfortunately cause complications.   Our Product Team continues to work on the new version (RingCentral Desktop), but if there's a feature or design change that you would like to see we encourage you to comment on any of the existing Idea threads here on the Community, or create a new thread if one does not exist.
