desktop app failed to launch

desktop app does launch since yesterday, had speak to 4 of your support but unfortunately they cant help me.

ey, i have another issue, I cant make outgoing calls nor receive calls after the new desktop app had been installed, all i hear is message saying "im sorry, I cannot hear you. Goodbles"

you hear that message for both outbound and inbound calls? Are you a home user?

inbound, i cant make outbound as well.

Are you logged in with your DL (not main number + extension)?
Are you a home user? If so make sure network is configured correctly.
