How can i use your app ?

I'm working for a UK based company which provides me with a RingCentral account.  However, I'm live in Pakistan, working as home based office.  Since I live in Pakistan, I have an Android phone with a Uk carrier, but looks like I cannot download the  EU android app for that reason (I guess you need to have an UK phone).   Is there anything I can do to have the android app installed in my Pakistan  phone? Does RingCentral provides this app out the Google Play store?  
My main question is that how can i use your app in pakistan ?

Kevin, you are correct, it needs to be a UK phone. You may not be able to use the cell phone app in Pakistan on your Pakistan phone, but you may want to try the softphone on your Computer.

there is anyway to use softphone app in android or i phone ?

Softphone is the computer app.
