Audio Issues

In response to Mindy Jennings on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/10206962155953741/posts/10154227932348989 I can't get anyone to call me back! No one can hear me on my phone and when you dial extensions it won't ring at that extension. I am thinking of moving my service! Mindy Jennings - Payrolls Plus

The dialing extensions problem sounds like it could be a configuration issue. When you say that no one can hear you on your phone, is it a RingCentral desk phone or is it your cell phone with the RingCentral Mobile app?

This truly sounds like configuration issues, which can be easily solved. Have you contacted support or your sales rep?

Contacted Mindy via email. Will try to resolve her issues, via a telephone call, tomorrow morning.
