Called number 203-206-3141
Called from 203-672-5882 (X 882)
Error = "The number you have reached is not in service; please try again.  Error POK."

(The same error occurs when I call 203-208-2897 which is my home / landline)

Thank you!

Does it connect when you call from your cell phone?
I just called it from my RC number and got the same error.

I spoke with Tier 3...it's a routing error with the downstream carrier.  Please open a web case and include all of this information!
