Haven't been able to receive or make calls in 4 days...

Have had several support calls with RingCentral U.S. since Monday.  We provide IT support and it's critical for us to be able to answer and make calls to clients.  Since Monday we have not been able to make calls and our phones don't ring.  We have Polycom 330 phones that we own and apparently Ringcentral pushed out a firmware upgrade to our phones that has screwed things up.  What makes matters worse is that I have had to jump through hoops to get someone to even do something.  My company has lost a lot of dollars not being able to provide IT support.

Our phones don't ring, they reboot every few minutes and there is no dialtone since they pushed the firmware.

I really hope upper management sees this because it's completely unacceptable.

mjpatel,   Can you please reboot your phone. There were some system changes made yesterday, but your phone has not registered with our system since the 22nd.  Make sure you unplug it for at least 30 seconds.  Let us know if there's still a problem after the reboot.

No difference.  Phone keeps rebooting.  You guys pushed some firmware update Monday and now our phones don't work.  Can't believe no one has even called me back from the case that's been open for days.

Try rebooting now.  They just made an update that we believe will fix it.  Please reboot and let us know.
