I'm beginning my posts to review your service on every online forum that I can find, my goal is to post every day until my contract ends or they stop charging me:

Ring Central has told me that I am in a 24 month contract (that they have not provided me with) and are REFUSING to cancel my account.  It is still cheaper for me to pay the account fee (over $300) and move to another provider.  They have been consistently horrible to work with and I am much happier with CallRail.  RC Support service was TERRIBLE.  Please don't use them...
