When I download the app on my android phone and try to make a call NOT through the app I always have to dial twice. Help

ringcentral app on android phone causes me to have to dial twice to make a call through cell phone

Yes, through the cell phone service, which is verizon wireless.

We can only troubleshoot our product, which it doesn't seem like you are not using.

I'm not always able to use wifi and have a limited data plan.   Verizon had me delete all apps and the phone worked.  Then I downloaded your app and the problem returned.  Without the app I do not have a problem.

There is a known bug with that specific phone.  Here is the ID number for tracking purposes.  You can provide Support with this to get updates.

If you are trying to make a call  not using our RingCentral App, then how are you making the call? Through the cell phone?
