I received a call through our emergency extension but was unable to answer it immediately. As a result, 3 of my co-workers were notified that someone had called the hotline even though their number/email was not listed in the call forwarding/notification information. My number and email were the only ones listed on the account that weekend for the emergency extension. Is there a default area in the account where these other numbers/emails are located? I cannot determine why they were notified. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
