RingCentral Meeting participants cannot annotate

I'm using the Windows version of the meetings client (latest version). When using screen sharing, the host can annotate but participants cannot, even though participant annotation is enabled. A participant can display the annotation tools and select one of the tools, but clicking the screen doesn't add any annotations. I tested with a few Windows computers and got the same result.

A participant using the Mac version of the client was able to annotate.

Anyone else run into this? Am I missing something?

What window's version are you running for Meetings? I will test on my end and see if I can duplicate the issue...

I tested on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008.
