When using the mobile app, either iOS or Android, (with VoIP turned off), we get "This service does not allow calls to the number you have entered...." then it asks to enter the "number you wish to call".
This is happening across our entire company, with anyone using the mobile app. Turning ON the VoIP setting does seem to fix the issue, but since VoIP is so unreliable for us, this is not a permanent solution.
