"Call not Sent" Message Using the Ring Central App on Samsung S6

I use Ring Central in the US.  I really like the service; however, one issue that I've had since upgrading my cell phone (to a Samsung S6) five months ago is that I cannot use the native dialer on my phone if I have the Ring Central app on the phone.  I can dial out using the Ring Central app, but if I use the native dialer, I receive a "Call not sent" message.  If I dial through the Ring Central app, it works fine, but I don't want my work number showing up for personal calls.

When I remove the Ring Central app, the native dialer on the phone works fine.  When I re-install the app, the problem reappears.  Has anyone been successful in resolving this problem?

Thanks.  Like Daniel (in the referenced post), the call usually will go out if I dial the number twice.

FYI, the case no. for my submission is 04013793.

I looked into that case...that case is for Choppy Call quality issues.  Did you give me the right case number?

Regarding the choppy audio see HERE.
