Hello. I have developed a custom cover page for my desktop application. I did a test fax to myself and noted that, on the top of the cover page, it indicates information such as how many pages, time sent, etc. No such fields are included in the custom cover page I created.
It is important I remove this information from the top of my fax. Please advise how I can do so.
