Ring Central Call Log Not Registering Calls

My call reports are not logging outbound calls. Is there a specific setting that I need to tweak? I re-checked and everything seems to be set the same as the other phones that I have set up.

Any ideas? Thank you!

E-mail the phone number & extension to community.support@ringcentral.com and I'll take a look at it.
