Faxing+Long+Distance+with+ATA

We have an ATA on our Ricoh Fax machine. We can't send out to a Long Distance number. We've tried with and without a "1" prefix.

Hi Eric,  Can you tell us if it fails to all long distance numbers, or is it one specific number?

It's several different numbers. It works to some but not at 3 different Lenders and 1 Contractor. They are all Long Distance numbers.

If you can fax to some long distance numbers, but not others, then it's probably one of the items discussed on the  Fax Troubleshooting Checklist.  If you've gone through this list and can rule out the things that apply and are still having problems, then please use the following link to open a support case and let us know the number you are faxing from, the number you are faxing to, including some times and dates that the attempted faxes failed.  Open a Case
