Mac App Doesn't Work

The desktop app for mac is not working and has not worked for me for a while. I was hoping that the new version would work but it keeps shutting it's self down as soon as it opens. Anyone else have this issue?

Thank you Kim. This seems to way too much work to do to get a paid service to work on OS. I'm a business owner I can't take the time to follow these 13+ steps. Is there a reason why this wouldn't be done by customer service?

The logs have to be pulled from the machine that the app is crashing on, as the crash reason is generally specific to the particular machine. If you need help going through the process you are welcome to call support.
