Mobile App: Automatic popup call in RC Smart Phone App

I would LOVE to see the smart phone app open automatically when the phone gets a call from the Ring Central server. Instead it looks as if anyone is calling (family & Friends) instead of a business call.I like to visually screen my calls before answering. The app runs in the background but doesnt open itself when my 800# is forwarded to my cell.

The app will open up when you use your Direct Dial Line for your login to the mobile app. I assume you most likely have the Direct Dial Line set up as an extension for yourself. Just use it instead of the toll-free number to log into the mobile application. Also make certain that you have the Desktop app & Smartphones option turned on.
 
Meanwhile, any calls you get to your toll-free number will still come in on your regular cell phone. You can differentiate them by including the mailbox name in the Call Handling|Incoming Call information menu selections.
