I want to call one time and leave all of my users the same voicemail message. Is this possible with Ring Central?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

There's not a way to do this, but, as an alternative you can create Groups, and then send an SMS message to all users in the group.
