One of our employees is having issues with incoming calls on her extension (ext. 1). They are set up to have a "333" before the number but they are not showing up that way on her cell phone. It says "unknown." The other extensions (2-4) are not having this issue. Any ideas?
Also keep in mind we are at the mercy of the outbound carrier and can not guarantee how they deliver the message to your phone. This is unfortunately a best effort feature when being forwarded to an outside phone. Per the documentation:
"Some carriers do not support the ability to send caller ID with pre-pended, or post-pended digits. Please test that this functionality is supported by the appropriate carrier device the call will be sent to."
