I have setup a call group the directly forwards a call to my ringcentral number to a ring group that includes a business line (another VOIP service) with a credit card machine attached to the line) and a cell phone. Recently, I get calls on the line but only the cell phone rings and my business line doesn't ring. I looked at the logs and am trying to figure out why my business line doesn't ring. I see in the logs for the "Result' column: Accepted, Stopped, Call Connected, Missed, Hangup, ). I don't see busy. This would be the case where one phone is busy or being used i.e. my credit card machine may be using the line only my cell phone rings. Is there a way for me to tell?
