In response to @DanLoFat on Twitter: https://twitter.com/DanLoFat/status/658649151920611332 STAY WAY FROM @RingCentralCare They use NON-SSL GetSat for support, NO EMAIL SUPPORT AT ALL, Online Chat NEVER works in any browser. Shady.

I also disagree, once you open a ticket, you CAN reply via email, and I have never had any problems with Live Chat.

Yes, once you open a ticket, but not before - taht is wrong.

Dan, You obviously have some concerns around security. Is there a more specific issue you need help with?

Dan,  That url is not secured because it's not collecting any information. If you open a ticket and/or click the login link, it switches to an https page.

All of your internal urls should be handled through one cert, that is how we do it, how it's done.

Mike, you dont seem concerned enough about security, the security I mentioned is very specific, so maybe discuss the patches with your team.

I look forward to decent changes in the website and how you deal with GetSat.

BTW, what is the "Hootsuite App" logo doing there?  I am not using HootSuite - nothing like it, I am using tweetdeck, owned by Twiitter - No affiliaition with Twitter.

Just more bad GetSat coding -- why are you using these guys?

Hootsuite is an application used on our end. It has nothing to do with GetSat coding.  It provides an efficient method of copying posts from various Social Media websites to our support Community.   Twitter in particular is very limited in it's capabilities and only allows for very short responses.  For example it would be very hard to have this dialogue directly on Twitter due to the character limitations. Once the conversation is move here, we have much more flexibility in Q & A dialogue, the ability to make conversations private,  ability to post a long URL, get other levels of tech support involved including our Product Management team.

GetSat also sends a verification code that has ZERO indication it is from or for RingCentral.  The first few times I saw that, I assumed it had to be phishing, yiou really need to pay for the upper tier of GetSat - if they have one.
