Hello, I would like to see the history from March of this year (2015)... It is not letting me do it...

Are you referring to the Call Logs?   If you have set a custom date period and the calls aren't showing then someone probably deleted them. There's a good chance we can restore them if that is what happened.   If that is what you need, reply back and tell us what the phone number is. This has been made a private conversation so you can post details.

thank you so much! My fax # is 888-818-2155. I am interested in faxes between march 12th and april 20. If you could do it I would call you a genius!

Your logs were purged on 10/27/2015. I will retrieve them from 01/01/2015.
