Your techs as a new user in April/May 15 told us to use support@ringcentral.com and not contact anyone directly. However no one has ever responded to URGENT emails sent. Now we have 5 months of unaddressed issues/hiring our own support/

Please do not email support@ringcentral.com.  Please open a web case or call support for assistance on any issues and they will be more than happy to assist you in resolving your issues.
