Having some issues with 2nd ling not ringing on Cisco SPA504's and 525's. I need to document this, and was wondering if anyone using Ring Central might be willing to assist?
Issue is, if 2nd call comes in - instead of ringing Line 2 on the phone, it rings Line 1 again (flashing, indicating there is another call on line1, instead of rolling down to line 2).
Would someone be so kind as to test this on their SPA504 or 525s and let me know if it works properly? If so, could you tell me the hardware/firmware version of your SPA?
