QoS is poor when I call a cell phone. I use Plantronics Bluetooth headset on laptop & iPhone app

Please see here for RingCentral's required network configurations. Incorrect setup will result in call quality issues.
Is the QoS issue related to just 1 number that you are calling, or all cellphone numbers you call?

The problem is on all cell phones. Does not seem to exist with land lines.

Hi James, Can you provide more specifics on how you are dialing. Is this issue with both the RC Decktop app as well as when dialing from your mobile phone w/mobile app? Are you using a blue tooth device on the laptop as well as your cell phone? You'll first want to make sure your network is set up correctly per Kim's post above. If you are still having problem, then start with the process of elimination. Test without the blue tooth, test the destkop app, test the mobile app separately. Test the laptop with a wired connection and also wifi. Test the phone on the wifi network as well as the carriers data connection etc. Also, if you are noticing this primarily when calling other cell phones, then of course it's possible the issue is on the other end.
