The desktop app is useless. So what. you see 18 in and out recents.  You need to be logged in online to do anything. See a fax sent or received weeks ago.   etc.  If I want to access a fax from 4 months ago, forget it. Even online you cant see it. or document it.  I need to shop for a new provider. RC is awful. it was fine last year.  you guys have really messed it up

I looked at your account and I can see faxes going back to 04/07/2015.  Check the Deleted Items folder.  

Mer, I'm happy to help you resolve these issues. 

1. Does your account have HIPAA turned on? If so, Faxes are only kept for 30 days then are automatically deleted, and all faxes can only be viewed online (not on the desktop app or e-mail). 
2. What version of the Softphone do you have?  The app just went through an update (7.4) this month were you can view your sent faxes. And inbound faxes can be viewed on the Softphone for some time now.  
3. Regarding the 4 month old fax: did the logs accidentally get purged? E-mail community.support@ringcentral.com the phone number + ext and I can see if the logs were purged and retrieve them.
