You need to have call queues set up, and then go to your extension settings and set for the incoming called number to be displayed. See the screen shots. Maybe not the best explanation, but h ope this helps some.

I have all that set up already.  I have to be able to see what extension is being called, and when the lines ring in, all i see is the complete phone number that is attached
