Incident: unable to receive inbound calls: reports of "fast busy signal" and This number is No Longer in Service.

We are investigating reports of "fast busy signal" and This number is No Longer in Service.  
The Engineering Team is aware of this and is currently working to resolve it asap.

Problem seems to be fixed here in NJ.

Note: there are long hold times for calling into support.  We are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it immediately.

It's not necessary to call in if you don't want to wait on hold. Or you can open a web case and reference INC- 16743, but it's not necessary.

Hello Art,  There was an issue yesterday, but it was resolved.  Do you have any recent reports, from today?

Caller cannot get fax to go through; this is happening today.  When they try calling, now they are getting message "Call cannot be completed as dialed."  Help!

Calls today are coming from 318 area code; they are able to get through to our main number but not to any of our direct dial numbers. Message is "Call cannot be complete as dialed ..."
