Google Voice has had an invaluable a feature for years which allows a user to make it so that when someone calls their cell phone number and they don't answer, instead of going to the crappy cell phone providers voice mail, it goes to the users Google Voice voicemail. It's an invaluable feature because it allows the user to have ONE voicemail box, instead of one for their cell and one for their Google Voice #.
I know threads were brought up in your old forums about this years ago, yet years later we still lack this huge functionality, which means that half of my business voice mails end up on my cell phone, instead of Ring Central. Because no matter what I do, people are going to get my cell phone #, or there are going to be situations where I call out from my cell phone without using the RC app. And from that moment I'm hosed, because now people are going to call my cell # instead of my RC #, and I lose all the RC voicemail benefits I'm paying for.
Why does a free provider like Google Voice have a feature that blows away RC (on this front)? Please consider adding.
Thanks
