Call Logs: adding contacts to log will not save.

Software issue
I have closed out and restarted and it still won't work.

It's possible you are trying to add them under company contacts. Try personal contacts. Company contacts are comprised of extensions within your system.

Try to delete cache and cookies, or try another web browser. 
Note: I.E. is not recommended.
