I don't want my Outlook contact information to be used as the address book in Softphone.I want my contact list as it appears in my account online to also appear in Softphone. I would like to know specifically:
1) How to prevent Softphone from using my Outlook Contacts as my Softphone address book (I unchecked "use Microsoft Outlook" for my address book). There doesn't seem to be an option to synchronize the local address book with my online Ring Central address/contact list of fax recipients.
2) I would like smartphone to instead synchronize the address book with my separate contact list as it appears in my account at Ring Central (which bears no resemblance to my Outlook contacts on my computer). My preferred fax recipients are in my contact list on Ring Central website...nowhere else. Those are the same (and only) contacts I want to appear in my address book on Softphone.
