Every time I login to the conversation area I need to get a "Verification Code" How do i prevent this

It sounds like you might have your web browser set to clear private data when it closes.  If you set your browser to automatically clear your cookies when you close it, you will have to log into the websites you use each time you open your browser. 

If you need help checking the settings let us know what browser you are using.

i use Chrome and IE 11. Mostly Chrome

For Chrome, follow the steps here:  https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en

When you get to the content settings window, you can select the first button shown below.  If you want to block, or allow specific sites you can do that under the Manage exceptions button.
