Phones ringing once and no caller at the other end

All our support team forwards their calls to mobiles. All are now reporting that their cell phone rings once only. When they answer there is no one on the line. We assume that it has been forwarded to the next person. This issue just started a few weeks ago. Any idea what may be the solution?

Tom - have the user try a hard reboot on the cell phone then test...and make sure the app is up-to-date please. 

Also, iPhone or Android?

five different people are having the same issue so I don't think this is the solution. Also, we are not using the all - we're simply having the phones forward to our cell phones.

Tom - still have the users hard reboot the cell phones.  If issue continues, please contact Support for further troubleshooting.

Also, check to make sure the users amount of rings is high enough. 

If the call queue us set to ring for 45 seconds to a user, but the user's call handling only is set for 20 rings - you can see the problem.  Also increase the number of rings to allow for call routing from RC to cell phone.
