Turn off address and mobile # with cover letter

I'm a property manager and if I send out faxes to the tenants I don't want them to know my home address just the company mailbox address.  Unfortunately I can't turn that feature off in the Cover letters.  It forcibly shows my home address and my mobile number.  (I give them a Google Number)

How are you sending the faxes (via RingCentral Desktop App, Cell phone App, e-mail, FaxOut)?

Go into your Settings and set the work address via Outbound Fax Settings. RingCentral won't print your personal cell phone number, it will use your Digital Line.
