Do you get an error message? Can you paste screen shot?

no error message just does not respond anymore, no matter how many times the callto: is run. than just exit Softphone restart it and it works.
This happens on several windows 7 pro versions with all updates installed on the machines, and each machine has very few programs. Office, Filemaker, Firefox, and RingCentral and that is about it.

Can you provide more details, on how your setup works. What other system or software is this being used with?

just that Filemaker and Ringcentral using defaults of Windows.
