We are in Canada and have a Ring Central for Office - 2 Line Plan.
Outlook is version 2013 (32-bit) with Business Contact Manager integration.
Until earlier today I had the old 'Softphone' version of Ring Central installed on my Windows 7 sp1 64-bit computer with 16 Gb of RAM.
When my desk phone would ring - Outlook would automatically search and open the correct contact record (assuming the phone number calling in was setup as a contact).
Now that I have installed in new 'RIngCentral for Windows' - Outlook does not display the contact record when the phone rings. This is whether Outlook is open or not.
All of the integration settings are enabled in RingCentral For Windows and my contacts do sync from Outlook to this program.
All assistance is appreciated.
