Microphone Cut Out

I recently installed Windows 10 on my Dell. For the last week my RingCentral App (7.5) has been working fine. This afternoon when I got back from lunch there was a problem. On both outbound and Inbound calls, nobody can hear me. I have tried multiple headsets but that didn't work. I have double and triple checked  my settings, not the issue. I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled, didn't help. I have no idea why this is happening. Please Help!

This morning when I came in everything worked fine for my first two calls and then it cut out again and is continuing to not work. It is teasing me.

If it's intermittent, then it's most likely the router configuration. I'll move this thread to a related topic. Take a look at  the recommend router settings here:  How do I troubleshoot Call Quality issues - QoS? Network requirements?

Hi Kevin,  This one might be a little tricky to troubleshoot.  If you've double checked the Audio Settings in the RC Desktop app, and also the Sound settings on the PC, and there are still issues, then there is probably an issue with the Win10 upgrade.  I've upgraded a few PCs to Win 10 and have run across sound issues more than once.  You are welcome to post screenshots here of the RC Desktop Audio settings and also the Windows 10 Sound settings to see if we can see anything. Assuming you've already checked the obvious settings, my suggestion is to check with Dell and see if there is a driver update or other issue.  It will probably be faster than trying to get help from Microsoft.
