Can anyone tell me if there is a way to sync an Exchange contact folder to RC desktop app

I am trying to get a contact folder from my Exchange account to sync up with the RC desktop app. I have found a way to import them on the website, but I would really like for them to sync with Outlook. When I go to "Settings" < "Outlook" I can select the contact folders but the one I am looking for does not seem to be there. This folder is not my main Exchange contact folder because that one appears just fine. I can move contacts to that and they appear immediately. The contacts I am trying to get sync just fine with my iPhone just not the desktop app. Can anyone give me a hand? It would be greatly appreciated!

Perhaps I'm not understanding the issue or question.  From the RC Desktop app, you can click the Settings icon, the click Outlook.  When you turn on the switch to "View Outlok contacts, you should get a folder list like below. Is this what you are referring to?

I have gone there and the folder I am looking for does not appear to be there :/

It is a secondary contact folder inside Exchange.

If you haven't done so, you are still welcome to open a case and include screenshots.

I believe since we just signed up we will have a conference call in a week to discuss all the questions we have. We will bring it up then and hopefully they can help us :). Thank you so much for your suggestion and if they cannot answer the question I will open a ticket!

Hi Dylan,  This sounds a little strange and we'll need to look into this. Can you use the following link to open a support case?  Open a Case

Be sure to include screenshots showing the Outlook folder you are trying to sync as well as the RC Desktop screen where it's missing.
