Question about a downgrade.

Hi Mike,

My question is actually about a downgrade (Office
Standard to Pro Plus) but I've spent all afternoon on the phone with
various RC sales and support people and no one can provide a straight
answer.

Currently,

Standard 1-user 12 month prepay = $34.99 x 12

Toll-free main number: 800-555-5555
Fax number: 555-555-0000
Auto-receptionist: 555-555-1111

Additional line = $4.99 x 12
Direct Extension number: 555-555-2222

I want to downgrade to Pro Plus with the same set of numbers and I was told that it would be $19.99 x 12 plus two additional lines
at $4.99 x 12 per line. I asked why it would go from one additional to
two additional and no one seemed to know. Spoke to both sales and tech
support along with multiple consultations with their respective
supervisors. It seemed like a fairly simple question. Can you shed some
light?
