Ring Central Privacy Policy

We have been using Ring Central for a long time and we have even referred few clients to RC. So far we are all right with the services but I have a concern regarding the privacy policy and data being leaked. I do understand that most of their call center staff is in Philippines and they are wonderful people but I would like to learn more about how the data is secured? Thanks
