Desktop App: Unable to redirection calls to voicemail

I am a new customer still on trial mode. How it is possible there is no way to transfer a caller to a voicemail when using PC software or iPhone App? 

If I receive a call to my extension I want to be able to send a caller to voicemail just in case I am in a meeting. I just see a red button to "Ignore" de call, but after clicking it, iPhone app starts ringing again. (I am not transferring calls to my cell phone - I am just using the iPhone app and PC app).

Omar - if you are using your Desktop App and get an inbound call select "send to voicemail".  
On the iPhone app the read button has the voicemail icon on it...so selecting the read button on the iPhone will send it directly to vm.

Thank you for the reply, but the PC app doesn't show "To voicemail" button but "Ignore" as you can see on this screenshot:  https://gyazo.com/e6112e7e465eb310f22df53e8161be3f

If I click "Ignore" it rings again after a few seconds and so on.

What version do you have? Check for an update...

The version is 7.5.2

Omar, Can you double check your version. I've just double checked and the 7.5.2 version for PC has the "To Voicemail" feature just like the image above. The image you provided looks like it's from an older release.

It is weird. Here 2 screenshots. One shows the version of the software, and the second a call I am receiving, where you can see the "ignore" button.

That is weird...Try de-authorizing it, uninstalling it and re-installing it...then test.

(When you log back in after re-installing make sure you log in with DL + password, NOT Main number + Ext + Password.)
