I have never been provided witha case number. My RingCentral number is 888-908-5283. I am currently on hold again. I finally got a representative to unblock my number from receiving calls, but now they are telling me that even though my "30 day free trial" is almost up and I have never even been able to use the service, they cannot/ will not honor it. The representaive I am on hold with actually told me "If you want a trial, you will need to call back on 2/9/16 and cancell your service and then re open your account". I am running a business! I cannot just shut down my lines! I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there are non avalible on the floor. I am on hold while she tries to find one.....
