Support Concern

Good Afternoon Mike,
I have never been provided witha case number.  My RingCentral number is 888-908-5283.  I am currently on hold again.  I finally got a representative to unblock my number from receiving calls, but now they are telling me that even though my "30 day free trial" is almost up and I have never even been able to use the service, they cannot/ will not honor it.  The representaive I am on hold with actually told me "If you want a trial, you will need to call back on 2/9/16 and cancell your service and then re open your account".  I am running a business!  I cannot just shut down my lines!  I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there are non avalible on the floor.  I am on hold while she tries to find one..... On hold for 10 + minuites and she then hung up on me....WOW Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Support Concern.

I'll look into this for you.  I moved this to a new Private Thread so no other users see your phone number.

Thank you.  I just called my line again also, and it the original issue is still not resolved.  So, my calls are still not comming through.

Good Morning Mike,

I still have received no response from any one and our phone line is still not working.  Can you please tell me when someone will be able to resolve this issue?

I did not get a voice mail.  I did get an email he sent.  I emailed him back.  Is there a number I can reach him at?

About 5 years ago someone stole my credit card information and opened an account with RingCentral. Once I noticed, I contacted your company immediately. I was impressed with how courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic your employees were when working to resolve my issue. Now a few years later, I have opened my own company and based on my prior experience and the impression it left, I decided that I would use RingCentral for my phone service. I have to say that this experience has NOT been a pleasant one. I have experienced one issue after another and am still not able to get calls via my RingCentral line. To make matters worse, for days I have been passed of from one department to another. No one taking ownership of the issue or working to reslove the issues. When I finally got to the last department the person I spoke to was most unhelpful and asked me to resubmit forms he could see and had, but wanted them via fax instead of email...?? If I cannot get someone to resolve my issue immediately, I will have to tell all of my friends about this horrible experience and move my line and my business else where....
