Loading a three word test page for outgoing fax is taking too long.

I am trying to send a test fax with a 3 word document.  It will not load when selected.  Other files do the same thing.  What is the error?

Can you provide more details on which method you are using to send the fax?  RC Desktop, emails, web portal etc?  Please provide any steps and details so we can understand where you are getting stuck.
